Nigeria make history! They collect their first ever win in the history of the #FIBAWWC, defeating Turkey 74-68! - They put themselves in a strong position to finish second in Group B. - Sarah Ogoke with 22 points personal, 4-of-8 from the great beyond, Evelyn Akhator with a 13-point, 10-rebound double-double. Isil Alben had 15 for Turkey, who struggled on the inside. Quanitra Hollingsworth fouled out in 18 minutes of action, Esra Ural Topuz suffered a knee injury, and Nigeria took advantage in this one. - Australia up to 2-0, Turkey and Nigeria tied at 1-1, Argentia stuck at 0-2.
