The driver of this police vehicle just threw an empty bottle of Orijin alcoholic bitters on the road, then decides to drive against traffic as seen in the 2nd picture. This happened this morning around 8:21am at Jimoh Balogun Str, Off CMD Rd, Shangisha, Lagos State.
They can't claim to be on emergency and be drinking alcohol. Neither can they claim to be off-duty because occupants of the vehicle were in mufti, and then decide to drive against on-coming traffic.
