IBEDC_NG I paid for prepaid metre in Ede, Osun state on 12 October, 2015. Photocopy of Skye bank receipt attached. I have made several efforts to no avail. Am not ready to do a deal. How long will I wait for IBEDC to supply the prepaid metre? This is for Executive attention pls.
