A lady has called out the Nigerian Police after an incident she witnessed at Okpanam road close to sweet spirit hotels in Asaba, Delta State.
According to her, a man got brutalized by two police officers for refusing a phone check immediately the stopped the Keke Napep he was inside.
The man on refusing the check, received the beating of his life, including slaps and “brushing”.
