photo, was not part of the drug deal. He is an innocent bystander that
was caught under the circumstances of the raid.
The CCTV camera caught him greeting his fellow Nigerians outside the hotel, this implicated him. The video of the raid only showed the other two on the left being handcuffed. The parcels were found in the other twos hotel room following a tip-off from somewhere.
