Defacing of windscreen. What is the position of the law?
Simply don't get into a keke with defaced windscreens if you are so concerned. If enough people have that concern then they'll stop by themselves. Let's stop giving the govt too much power. This will just be another reason to start chasing keke guys and collecting bribes.
