Twitter Influencer, Motara, has disclosed how her actions against the beggar on the street have negatively affected her.
Speaking in an interview on BBC, she disclosed that, she has become restless and has lost appetite for food due to how her actions turned out to negatively affect her.
Motara did not know these would take off every golden opportunity she had because she claimed she had given the beggar some money after she recorded the video.
Recall that, Motara’s Twitter account got suspended after a video of her teasing a child beggar with a bottle of drink surfaced online.
She faced a lot of criticism which has negatively affected her as she has lost her job and all her endorsement deals.
Speaking with BBC Nigeria, she divulged that, she gave the girl some money whilst she expressed how uncomfortable she feels with what she has done.
Even though she has apologized to the public, she has still not been given back her account as she continues to face backlash from her followers and other Twitter users.
She said in an interview:
“I NO FIT SLEEP. I NO FIT CHOP. WHAT I DID WAS JUST SHAMEFUL AND I CAN USE MY WHOLE LIFE TO MAKE RIGHT THIS WRONG”.
