Bayelsa State Government has debunked claims that BBNaija housemate, Nengi, has been stripped off her title as the face of Girl Child in the Bayelsa State.
A few moments ago, news broke on social media that the BBNaija housemate was no more the Face of Bayelsa Girl child as the government, has appointed a first-class Law student to replace her.
Meanwhile, in a statement sighted on Kokong, the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor of Baylson, Daniel Alabrah, he clarified that Nengi is still the Face of Girl Child of Bayelsa State.
He noted that Nengi is from the entertainment sector while the Eradiri is from the educational sector. This he says will help inspire the young ladies in the state to strive to be like them.
“Nengi is from the entertainment sector and as such she can function perfectly there. While Miss Eradiri will function in the education sector. This is for them to inspire and encourage young women from the state. It is wrong for people to speculate and politicise everything”.
